Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible.
For normal product which its not a sensitive items you can expect to receive your order within the following time frames:
- In metro areas : 1 - 6 working days
- In non-metro areas : 3 - 10 working days.
If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carriers.
For sales event product it can take up to 28 days for your order to reach you after the sales event has ended. Because those product have the cheapest price and the stock is not at our local warehouse, therefore we need time to ship it from other country.
