RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our return policy allows for items return and your choice of a full refund or replacement items.

General requirements for returns are as follows:

• Within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Have proof of purchase such as order number, bank statement,delivery note.
• All sealed items must not be opened.
• The product must NOT BEEN USED.
• The product must be returned in the original packaging.

Product return only allow if its due to any of the following reasons:

Reasons	Description
Damaged	The product is damaged in delivery
Defective	The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification
Incorrect/wrong item	Not the product the customer ordered (e.g. wrong size or wrong color)
Missing items/parts	Missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging
Does not fit	Customer receives the size that was ordered but it does not fit
Website error	The product does not match website specifications, description, or image (this issue is attributable to a website error/misinformation)

REFUND will be made after we conduct an evaluation process if your return is valid.

Refund will be in cash form within 1 hours.
